'"'The Wisperer (Or Plankton from the 2.0 version) is a pink cute villain with himself on two of the notes and circles of semitones guarding its bottom. and the 5th Boss in A Koopa's Revenge 2. The Player Must wait for him to send Musical Rockets and one of the Rockets will hit him and the player will stomp on him.

One of his attacks is that he tries to wipe the player with a guitar whip.
He curls its notes into a fist-like shape and tries to wham the player with them.
He sends Musical Rockets to launch at the player.
His notes turn into spikes surrounding as it tries to wham the player.
He does the second attack, but whams both of his 'fists' at the same time.
